Ardagh Glass Engineering Group includes the non glass container manufacturing companies within the existing Group, specifically the glass technology and mould making business of Heye International (Germany), Heye FFS (Poland), SFO (Germany), FUP (Poland) and mould manufacturing at Ardagh Glass Barnsley (UK).

The creation of this separate entity affords these businesses greater commercial and operational focus.
